When inquiring about an order, please provide the order number and the name on the order.
Our customer service hours are: Monday – Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm EST
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be responded to on the next business day.
Orders placed in the US will be delivered within 2-6 business days. All purchases will be shipped via US Postal Service. Any order placed on the weekend or on a Holiday will be handled the next available business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send a USPS tracking number to the email account you used when ordering.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For all returns and exchanges, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the product.
You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire amount. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at:email@example.com.
Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
